1 - How is it made
I meticulously design individual layers digitally to create individual “programs” for the laser cutter to follow. Once all of the individual parts are cut on the laser, we prepare the material for painting and glueing. All of the final preparation, finishing, and assembly is a meticulous, hands-on process.
2 - What type of wood?
MDF and Plywood.
3 - Cleaning?
We suggest cleaning with keyboard cleaner. This is easily found and is simply compressed air in a can.
4 - How soon will my order ship? How is the art shipped? Do you ship overseas?
Usually it takes up to 2 weeks to get the piece ready to ship.
All of the artwork is normally shipped FEDEX or DHL. If your artwork is over 6-ft long, well have to work out the details depending on the final package size and where you’re located. However, this isn't difficult.
We ship overseas to most locations. Shipping times overseas may vary depending on customs and location.

6 - Refunds and return policy.
We do not accept returns, all purchases are final.
However if a piece is damaged in any way through shipping we will request the piece to be sent back to us and you will get a new one.
